Go through our manual on " check connection " step . Make sure you follow it carefully . ( Manual can be downloaded here )
If cannot , here is step by step tutorial . Make sure your arduino is Arduino R3 version as picture below .
Connect arduino board to computer USB port through USB Cable provided .
Open Arduino IDE and open blink example .
After open the blink example , make sure you choose the correct board " Arduino / Genuino Uno " .
Then make sure you connect to the right COM Port . For example , mine is COM7 ( Arduino / Genuino Uno ) . Number ' 7 ' can be any number depend on the computer but make sure there is " ( Arduino / Genuino Uno ) " beside COM ' X ' ( X refer to any number ) .
If port selection is not visible ,
you can try to troubleshoot by change to other USB port or change to other Arduino board ( in case the one that you use is fault ) .
